General Terms

We earn loyal customers not only with our consistent quality but also by doing business with clear terms.

Here are the usual steps we go through:

  • You pick a product composition of 20 ft. or 40 ft. container with 45 kg or 55 kg bales as a starting point;
  • We negotiate the product composition and agree upon the final packing list taking into account slight adjustments from your side;
  • We issue a proforma invoice totaling the full value of the container;
  • Discuss and decide on the packing and labeling options as well as who is going to arrange the transport;
  • You have to make at least a 50% advanced payment in order to start the execution of your order;
  • Usually it takes 3 weeks to prepare a standard 40 ft. (HC) product composition, depending on the current products’ demand and sorting facility workload;
  • Upon loading you are presented with scanned copies of the Final Invoice, Invoice Breakdown, Balance, Detailed Packing List and a Draft of the B/L for you to confirm;
  • You make the balance payment according to the reviewed and confirmed documents;
  • If you the one arranging the transport, you must make the balance payment before the loading;
  • We send you all the physical copies of the documents by courier or SWB, right after we have received the balance payment.

That’s the basic framework but we are flexible enough to react to any custom cases that may occur.
