In the initial sorting phase, the textile waste is distributed into the following groups:
Textile materials which are not appropriate for a direct re-use as clothing or wipers and another kind wastes, separated in our sorting unit, are baled and submitted to other companies for appropriate recycling/recovering.
Our criteria when choosing the companies, dealing with the subsequent treatment of the waste, is the ecofriendly, complete methods of treatment they use. The waste is submitted only to companies with which we have contracts guaranteeing the effective recovery of the materials.
Eurotex exports sorted used clothing to:
- Eastern Europe – Greece, Romania, Georgia, Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia
Russia - Africa – Guinea, Cameroon, Kenya, Congo
- Asia – Pakistan and India.
